Temporary Climbing Ban at Kelso Cliff for Access Coalition Maintenance

There will be a temporary closure at Kelso during the winter for maintenance with a re-opening in the spring. This maintenance will be done by the Access Coalition, supervised by Bob Harris, the Superintendent for Kelso, and will include the following:


Start: 18:00
End: 23:00

Where: The Pilot Tavern, 22 Cumberland Street, 2nd floor Stealth Lounge (map)

Come celebrate the Alpine Club of Canada's centennial and the Toronto Section's 50th anniversary! Slides, beer, and a special dramatic presentation. You won't want to miss this event!

7:00 PM — Annual General Meeting
8:00 PM — Elizabeth Parker play, Slideshow: A Century of Adventure & Leadership
9:00 PM — Finger food, compliments of the Club

ACC members receive a half price day pass on the first Tuesday of each month. (Valid only with proof of ACC membership).

The Rock Oasis offers two 60 foot high climbing towers, two bouldering caves, steep roof routes, lead climbing & top roping, food & liquids to fuel your body, lounge areas, as well as climbing clothes, equipment & magazines. There are change rooms with washrooms, showers & lockers.

Remember to bring your ACC membership card to climb for half price.
