Lion's Head weekend

Lion's Head is one of the truly spectacular climbing areas in Ontario. Pristine limestone cliffs overlooking Georgian Bay are home to Ontario's best sport climbing. Lion's Head may be great climbing, but it isn't welcoming for new-comers, as route starting points can only be reached by rappelling and route finding can be challenging.

Participants must be able to climb 10's routinely in the gym. Meet at trailhead at 10:00AM on Saturday... 3 1/2 hour drive from Toronto. Max 10 participants.

Given the nature of the crag and required climbing knowledge, prospective participants must contact the trip leader prior to the trip.
