no bulletin when I log in ?

Can anybody explain why when I log in and go to the bulletin board there is no information, but I can see the information when I'm not logged in. thanx carpe deium

Yup, this happens to me some times too. It usually works the next day. You might want to email to let them know about it when it happens.
