Waterdown Falls

I was taking a drive around Hamilton region a few weeks back (just when all the snow started to really melt) and noticed this small waterfall that had some climbable curtains on the (climber)left hand side. I just figured out that the name of the falls is "Waterdown Falls" (it shouldn't have taken as long as it did seeing on how the towns name is Waterdown, but hey)
The falls is located on Mill St. in Waterdown south of Dundas St. (Hwy 5) just past the train tracks. Does anyone know about the status of this small route (if anyones climbed it and if it is allowable to climb there again). I'm interested due to it's close proximity to Toronto.
