To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first climbs at Bon Echo in 2006, the Toronto Section of the Alpine Club of Canada presented a special large format limited edition hard-cover version of A Guide to Rock Climbs at Bon Echo.
118 pages, over 120 colour and 42 black and white photographs (not counting the cliff pictures)
- Never before published first ascent pictures.
- All the familiar cliff picture with route lines, printed larger and sharper, along with all the route descriptions of the regular guidebook.
- The history of climbing at Bon Echo.
- A copy of the front page of the Tweed News of September 6 1956 with the whole story: Bon Echo Rock, "Canadian Gibraltar", Conquered By Quartette From Alpine Club (Cottagers watched daring climb of towering cliff!)
